Where we Deliver: We deliver across Kenya using trusted courier partners
All orders made by 3 PM East African Time will be packed and shipped on the same work day.
Orders made after 3PM East African Time will be packed and shipped the following work day.
Work days are Monday to Friday 9 AM to 5PM
Deliveries within Nairobi:
Deliveries within Nairobi are made within 24 hours by our own riders.
Deliveries Outside Nairobi
Deliveries outside Nairobi County are made by our courier partners in 0-3 days depending on your location.
Please note that the shipping costs may change from time to time and the updated delivery costs will always be on the checkout page.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
When you make an order via our website, you will receive an email confirmation. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email notification with an order tracking link.
Delays may occur due to unavoidable circumstances out of our control like natural disasters. You will be updated when such occasions arise.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
The prices of our items are inclusive of VAT. Any customs, duties and taxes accrued after we have shipped the items to you are not our responsibility.
Delivery Charges
We charge a flat delivery fee of KES 500.
Order Changes or Cancellations
