Refund and Returns Policy

Returns

We accept returns, we exchange goods and process refunds if they meet our terms and conditions.

Our return and refunds policy lasts 7 days. If the 7 days elapse since the day of purchase, we cannot give a refund or exchange the items.

For an item to be eligible for a return, it must be unused and in its original condition. The packaging must be in the same condition as your received it.

You cannot return goods bought on Sale, perishable goods, and customized or intimate items.

To initiate a return, you must send us an email at support@extremedlite.co.ke stating your reason for returning the item and attach a proof of payment for the product. If we respond to your email with a go ahead, then you can ship the item to us at your cost to the address that will be provided via email.

Refunds

When we receive your return, we will inspect it then send you an email notifying you that we received the item. We will also notify you of whether we approve a refund or not. If a refund is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5 business days.

If you are approved for a refund and don’t get the refund in 5 business days, kindly reach out to use at support@extremedlite.co.ke.

Exchanges

We can only exchange items that are defective or damaged by our handlers. If the item was damaged by you, it does not qualify for a return or refund. We exchange items if it was our mistake that the wrong item was shipped to you then we can exchange it with the right one.

We can also exchange if you wish to switch the delivered item with another item of the same value. To exchange an item, send us an email at support@extremedlite.co.ke, if we approve the exchange, ship the item to 5th Floor, Utumishi House, Mamlaka Road at your cost.

Shipping returns

To return an item bought from us, ship the item to 5th Floor, Utumishi House, Mamlaka Road. You will pay the shipping costs.

Depending on your location, the time to ship a return and the time to get a refund may vary.

Restocking Fee

No restocking fee.
